Great instruction; easy to follow even for an old white belt like myself
one of the best instructional I ever seen
loved it, checkmat is a guarantee. the title is deceptive - it's not a collection of submissions, but a complete system (ending in submissions) from his signature guard and "when things went wrong" (half and side control). I cani't praise this enough.

absolutly love this instructional. Such unorthodox yet extrememly effective set ups and techniques. I love how he is straight to the point and how the progression of techniques shown build upon the other. Definetly reccomend this.
