Got to roll with Jake a bit out in San Fran. He's a killer and a great teacher too. He practices really detailed high level jiu-jitsu and his spinal manipulation series is a force to reckon with. A++

This instructional helped me a lot! It really tightened up my fundamentals, and I also picked up some other things to add to my game. I noticed a difference in how I was controlling and managing people, which is especially great for a smaller person like myself. Jake does an excellent job of explaining the moves.
