  I've been following Helena for the past few years and love her basic short concise style of instruction. I've been studying open guard for some time but this looks to be what I need to take me from the entries and positioning to the finishes. Already I'm seeing exactly what I need to make more submission attempts from spider guard. I was in it last night rolling and set it up good but was wondering what now? Sweep? Triangle? Get stacked and crushed? Within 10 minutes of watching today I have some good answers.
