great unique ideas on omoplata
my favorite
I've watched around 25 video here, but this is one of my favorite for sure. learning and practicing omoplata properly will change your whole guard game. so many detail and original instructions.

A. B. offers a great instructional by pointing out the key facts about controlling the omoplata position first and then how to finish in the most efficient way. He shows how to grip propperly to set up the transitions and how to use your top leg to free your bettom leg when it get stucked. He also draws a clear picture of how and when to use the omoplata position guard alike for sweeps and to transition into other submissions. Also when to use the transition from triangle set up to omoplata is covered on the point. Highly recommend!!

Nice mix of setups here. Anything from collar sleeve to much more advanced set ups. Omoplata is my favorite submission so I watch everything and this was worth the price. I would also recommend starting with Bernardo Faria Omoplata Everyone. Also, Clark Gracie Automatic Omoplata are can’t miss.
