Awesome Instructional, very informative and well organized.
Excellent instructional on the crucifix. Great details about how to isolate and trap both arms which is super useful whether you like playing the crucifix or nor. Isolating limbs and separating them from opponents body while pinning is a great skill.
Very useful techniques that have lots of applications. The details on trapping the near side arm in side control were worth the price for me. I’ve struggled with that for years and now I’m having much greater success.
