• A very solid part of the takedown systems

  This is definitely a great addition to the collection from Gordon Ryan because the takedown doesn't really matter in BJJ competition its the position or submission you obtain 4 seconds later that matters thanks so much for the details Gordon look forward to training at Kingsway soon.
