  Firstly, I have been aware and a fan of Alberto Galazzi’s teaching and training methodology for a decade and any program that he releases to the public I am completely confident that he has spent countless hours thinking about his product, tinkering with it, working it to the bone, reworking the subject matter and then expanding on it. The man is most definitely a professor of movement and strength training. His life is a laboratory for what is efficient and translatable! Well, his TAD 0-13 OODA. Flow Mobility and Ground Navigation is another brilliant rendition of his succinct and studied mindset and will be a wonderful addition to the grappling arts training library. I actually loved his detailed explanations of the movements, not just the hows but the whys! BJJ is a thinking person’s martial art and this OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act) loop approach is well-thought out for the BJJ practitioners!
