I feel this take down system is safe and effective for the older practitioners and for those that are not great with take downs. If your take down game is weak you should definitely consider this instructional. Leonardo Viera has completed and trained with the best and has created champions. Can't go wrong with this instructional.

Love the 2 on 1 and there’s a distinct lack of really great instructionals on this. This one is an absolute gem and you can tell why Leo Vieira is a legend of the sport. Well worth buying.

It teaches you an easy and detailed understanding of 2 on 1. Through this video, I became more interested in Jiu-Jitsu. It's not a waste of money. Please purchase it once and experience the improvement of Jiu-Jitsu's skills. I recommend it.
