Great instructional for all levels
I got this instructional to keep my leg game sharp. It has shown me different set ups a ones that I have known but in a different way. Great one to pick up of your new to the leg game or if you just need a refresher course.
Well-rounded instructional
Finally a step-by-step overview of different 411/honey hole game options and not just a bunch of unconnected, complex and fancy moves. I would recommend this instructional to intermediate and advanced grapplers, the techniques do require at least a basic level of bjj-related mobility.

Really like the setups this gives. Very good control and nice setup. This series had a lot of content for the price. I would have liked if it was by bjj fanatics because it is easier to access that way. I didn't need shipping. The breakdown of the positions is very nice.

A great instructional that has a great breakdown of some key details in a way that is very easy to understand. The concepts used behind each position really allows your game to become the full package in regards to the 411.
