The instructional is excellent on the very specific topic of arm-in guillotines. Richardo is a GREAT instructor, I truly hope he puts out other instructionals. He covers all aspects of the move, which can be used in gi, no-gi and MMA. It is extremely useful in any grappling situation. Highly recommended!

Almeida does a great job of covering this topic. I've been looking to improve my knowlege on this technique, and he is a great instructor. I am surprised that he does not have more instructionals on BJJ Fanatics!!

Almeida's video series on the Arm-In Guillotine Choke is aimed at recreational players, but these are techniques that work at the highest level, like the sacrifice throw his former student, Gordon Ryan, used on Keenan Cornelius in ADCC. Almeida's teaching style is particularly engaging - he teaches with his voice and with his entire body, and references the history of the move and specific matches to watch for the curious to gain context. He demonstrates the way the grip can be used to control, sweep or submit from standing and ground. I think the greatest intangible I learned is the way that Almeida's techniques flow from his powerful intention - he's methodical, sure, but more importantly, he's driven, and that emotion and that willpower comes through in the ways he demonstrates how to move. I can't recommend this video series highly enough - it changed my game!

It is about controlling your opponent with the hold to defend or improve ir attack sweeos and submissions without letting go once you set up the grip. He also shows in depth how to secure youraelf and finish your attacks when yoz get caught in the arm un guillotine. The concept of base camp alone would be worth this manual! It us about about always findung safe spots to naintain and continuing progress! Highly recimmend!!
