  L. S created a great system and put it together in this amazing instructional on how to avoid his initial movements on bottom and setup and get your turnovers. His teaching is on point picked with key details! It is a way underutilized in jiu jitsu yet a very effective tool of leverage. Highly recommend!

• Simply to hear and see, why am I finally mastering this?

  he made is seem so calm. not a kid gloves approach but Logan talks calmly and is the most patient coach I have seen on video. he is rushing information to you. It seems light because you won't realize how easy it's presented. Worth a 2nd run just to brush up on fundamentals.

• Loved this Instructional

  I've been following Logan since he was wrestling at Ohio State. Always been a big fan of his style so when I saw this I had to buy it. Let me tell you I was not disappointed at all. I've integrated alot of this into my BJJ and MMA game and it's paid off. My suggestion ... Buy! Buy! Buy!
