equal parts theory, technique and Mentality. excellent instruction by one of the most exciting wrestlers of all time.
All steak and no potatoes
This instructional video is not about moves but about how to wrestle. It teaches you how to use your hips and improve your position. He teaches it the way I imagine he teaches his team. Unless you were a D1 wrestler your probably don't know this stuff as well as you think you do. The drills alone are worth the price.
