Fantastic level of detail- there should be more like this!
Big point to pick up on here: why are there not more instructionals that go into this level of detail for a particular strike? Raymond tells you everything you need to know about this particular kick, whereas so many instructionals will be spend 2 minutes briefly demonstrating how to throw a roundhouse kick, before moving on to something different- I want to see more instructionals like this! Raymond is a great teacher, and if you've seen his fights you'll know that his spinning attacks are outstanding- I'd thoroughly recommend this one.
