Lizak backpack system review
Great techniques and explanations. However, I would also recommend watching Lizak's wrestling highlights from the top position (if you have not done so already) to see the techniques used at a high level in competition.

E. L. shows how to control and pin someone out of your back and how to turn him eventually on his own to end the match. Step by step and easy to follow instructions. Highly compatible for jiu jitsu too

loved it, wanted more is the only problem. Ethan is literally teaching a system he masted and loved. I have already cherry-picked parts out to teach my kids, hoping one will actually want to master the system. Hope to see more from him videwise.
A complete system
The instructional does not offer a set of moves, but a real system. Plus, one seldom seen in bjj/grappling.

For wrestling or jiujitsu, this is tremendous. Jiujitsu guys, don't sleep on wrestlers back control. You'll find many of them have better back control than most black belts.
