Honestly, I hadn't seen most of these techniques before. It’s not your standard curriculum, and that's the point. If you want to confuse your partners and bring the fun back into your rolls with some wild mechanics, this is a breath of fresh air.

Lucas recently visited our gym for a seminar. I enjoyed his teaching style, and found his techniques easy to follow, so I looked around for any instructionals he has done. This guard is so simple and yet very effective. I was applying it during my rolls the very next day, much to the confounding of my teamates.
