I love Sergei's videos on setups but this is good too. It's slicker than most chest to chest videos and Beloglazov tries to impart his slick and quick style.
Chest to Chest Position for Single Legs
Coach and Legend Sergei Beloglazov shows how he built up his wrestling game from chest to chest contact. It is about finishing shots on single and transition to trips and shoulder throws and roll throughs. He is excellent in giving the proper amount of details. He also gives you a clear guidline when to insist and when to switch. Highly recommend!!

Coach beloglozav shows not only great options from the over under and solid single leg finishes/defense, but also shows a few great moves for when you get sprawled out on (somewhere i personally struggle from) awesome technical coaching on all things single leg and some slick over under options
