  While there are times that Musumeci over explains things a bit, the detail is all relevant and insightful. On a technical level, he really does seem to have very good mechanical explanations and a great mind for working through all the likely counters one could experience in performing the techniques. He does a good job of blending general concepts with relevant detail with troubleshooting.

• If you want to learn bolo - Buy it. If you want to learn BJJ - buy it.

  For me, Mikey is the best. His teaching approach is similar to that of Danaher, but he goes even deeper when it comes to grips and body placement. This instructional is one of the best BJJ instructionals out there, let alone best bolo instructionals.
