The reviews
warm up for joints
Very good exercise for warming up and longevity. Can be done before training; all exercises take about 13 minutes and prepare the body for the upcoming hard training session.
Take back my last comment wrong video
This one does have a full body routine and the moves are good.
needed
really needed a good focus on warming up. this helps a lot!

Good work vanessa. Good stretch.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Very useful and informative
I found this to be very helpful and have incorporated a number of the stretches into my pre training routine. It has definitely helped my neck and back survive more training sessions and helped me train more consistently.
good instructional
used to do it a lot (and love it) until i really got into yoga. Still, it helped me a lot and, if you want something easier, is absolutely perfect.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Solid product
There's a lot of useful content in this video, personally I feel I need a bit more to feel super warm and ready, but I think a lot of these movements can go beyond bjj training and help prepare your body for different types of physical activities. For recovery days this would be perfect to keep your joints lubricated and stretch out some tight muscles with little to no intensity so that you are actually recovering.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Good warm up option
I bought this instructional to gain flexibility and to increase my stretching options. So far I am not disappointed in this video series
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Cool but not great
There's some good moves and ideas for sure that you can implement to your daily life and your warm ups, aswell as gain some knowledge but overall I'm not a huge fan of this one to do before a training or workout session.
