First and third chapters were most informative. Chapter 2 was redundant, and chapter 4 was all stretches. He does teach how to get out of buggy as well. Glad to learn these tricks to know what it is and less about using it.

A really good and thorough instructional on hitting the buggy choke from various (bottom) positions. Great way to submit your opponent by surprise whilst they are on top!
Thats how tutorials should looks a like.
Finally tutorial with great introduction. Plenty of informations details, huge thanks to Jay :)

So as far as quality of video, BJJ Fanatics always does the best. As far as content, I really do believe Jay Rod has done great! The buggy choke is an unfamiliar technique, and Jay Rod both explains it well, teaches the movements well. And (this is what sold me) he showed stretches for it.
