  I really enjoyed this half guard break down and tutorial of how Tom handles different half guard situation, and provides details to deal with different scenarios. I would definitely recommend this to younger belts (white to purple.)

• Butterfly Half

  Mr. DeBlass is one of my favorite instructors. This covers how to sweep to mount and cross side against low and standing. Transitions to Ashi-X for sweeps and leg locks as well as armlocks and omoplatas on both near and far arms! I think if you are a short stocky grappler like me this is the guard for you! Sometimes its the subtle things that make the biggest difference and this has nice details about pass prevention regarding both movement and mitigating pressure. Awesome stuff!
