For many years I have been doing pummeling in bjj warm ups with almost no idea why we are doing it. This DVD shows loads of possibilities from the over under position. High quality and battle tested, something for every grappling style.
Great instructional. High level stuff.
Great Instructional overall. Goes especially in depth on the inside trip.
very good
Extremely detailed with endless amount of knowledge. Hands down one of the best takedown tutorials on the website.
This tutorial is one of many Coach Barry Robinsons in depth looks at his system. These play calls can be used in sparring, training, fights etc. It is extremely multifaceted in many different ways.
Z. E. provided an on the point instructional about the over under position a.k.a clinch position. He is going over the clinch position itself in great details followed by explaining pummeling in great details and how to transition from pummeling. Then he is going over takedowns and throws as well as wall work in terms of drilling and unsing the over under for mma. He is simplyfing each technique to its key points and he builds the techniques up into a throughout congruente follow up. Highly recommend!!
Simple, easy to learn and highly effective techniques that work, explained in great detail.Highly recommended.
If you don't have a previous background in wrestling, then this is a good resource for applying some throws and takedowns from a clinch position. It's especially useful in no-gi.
This video really fills and important area that was lacking in grappling instructional. I believe it will be really valuable for coaches and fighters in Mma and rulesets like ADCC. Zack is an excellent instructor and the selection of techniques flows well. Zack was also one of the best at these skills in the world while he was competing. He has spent the past many years refining how to teach these skills as his full time job/passion. I’m looking forward to using this video to learn for years to come.
