Knee slice is one my go to moves. This instructional was great to expand my game and increase the efficiency of my knee slice.

This dvd set is from a competitive grappler with tried and tested movements. He is very generous with the details and thought process behind the techniques. I have previously purchased dvds on the knee slice and found the variations not so positive in helping me with the technique, this dvd brings a different approach from the beginning makes me once again confident with using the move which was a favourite of mine. Haven’t completed watching the whole thing as it loaded but I hope to get more from Daisy Fresh team great work guys.

This is a solid instructional and the price point was amazing. Mr. Wiltse is clear and concise and lays out a methodical passing strategy. I have started integrating some of his techniques into my game and planning more. This instructional does fall to a pretty common problem with many BJJ Fanatics videos which is the stream of conscious presentation and lack of editing. The gripe is minor in this incidence and the tutorial is very solid overall.

First off it's for free. Can't get more value than that! Besides this. Andrew is an excellent teacher. I've learned in the first 10mins more about the knee slide than in my past 12 years of training. My knee slide got way more heavy. Great technique.
