Andrew is a black belt not only in Jiu jitsu, but in teaching too. The progress, details , and techniques were clearly displayed and easily understood. Andrew’s ability to demonstrate and succinctly communicate instructions is also a 10 of 10. One last thing is that the level of instruction, communication, and confidence in camera seems to be greatly enhanced with a partner that understands the techniques being explained…thank you to Bird..

I use this knee slice all the time now. I regret teaching it to our heavyweight. I think it's especially useful for wrestlers. It's kind of like doing a drop step with an underhook.

Highly recommended! Kudos to Andrew Wiltse! Im a white belt and still can't train in school where I'm from due to the pandemic but this video helps me to gain very informative and high percentage technique that Ive been practicing for 2 weeks now. Drilling it with my brother. We both love it! Oss!
