Lucas Velente shows you in this dvd a selection of guard retention techniques that are no nonsense and straight to the point. You don't a lot of flexibility to pull of the moves. The dvd has helped my open guard retention a lot. Especially his X concept.

World class details and organized for any belt level. The instructional definitely improved my game. Lucas has a very flexible guard but he made sure to show techniques for people who aren’t as flexible any one can do them. The instructional has a lot of content it’s worth every penny.
