Fantastic teaching
I know ths is a martial arts instructional site. As a martial artist, I picked up a mace ten years ago and taught myself nothing but how to hurt myself. I stopped training and began studying. He teaches really well and I feel much more proficient. I would give 10 stars in possible

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Some Of The Best Instruction You Will Ever Get
Greg Walsh and his Gym, Wolf Brigade, have some of the best instruction I've ever seen. This course is a bargain for the wealth of information inside.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:One of a Kind
This is a one of a kind resource for learning how to properly utilize a mace as a tool in your strength and conditioning. I have had the privilege to learn from Greg through this resource and in-person. He is a wealth of knowledge but the way he delivers his information is like a sharp knife. He is precise and purposeful with his delivery of information. Don’t hesitate on getting into this resource if you are learning about mace lifting. Greg will be sure to help you!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Greg Walsh leads by example
Greg really dives deep into the practicality and durability of the steel mace. He also acknowledges it is nota direct subsitute for other strength implements such as the barbell or kettlebell. He would rather you do 1 perfect '360 mace swing than 50 **** ones which showcases his care for the quality.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:fire:Great Instructional
Been training with maces for around two years and it was nice to be able to find detailed instruction to help tighten up my technique
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Learn to walk before you run
If you follow Greg and Wolf Brigade, it should be of no surprise that this video is quality instruction from start to finish. I’ve been swinging hammers, clubs and maces for awhile, but the tweaks in form and build up diagnostic exercises helped me learn that I still wasn’t doing it right. Highly recommend.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great addition for S&C. Full
Great addition for S&C. Full of useful detail regarding technique and corrections.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:The devil is in the details...
I have been following Greg and Wolf Brigade for many years now, have completed the "public assistance project" and have been working through the remote development resource for the past 4 months. I have rabidly consumed all of the mace content out there, regardless of who provides it. Greg is a cut above the rest, and it's because of the detail that he puts into every aspect of training. If you've never worked with a mace before, you'll find that the martial aspects of BJJ and other martial arts are masterfully transferred to this, as well as all aspects of the Wolf Brigade training program. If you are prepared to take your performance to another level, look no further that the Wolf Brigade. You will find the most detailed training, physical and mental, in the world with this program and everything at Wolf Brigade.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:The definitive Mace instructional.
I've been working with Greg and Wolf Brigade gym remotely for almost a year now. I also attended their 2 day seminar called Convergence over the summer. After spending this much time diving into their training approach, this video still provided a lot more details and things I can improve on. If you are interested in Mace training, you NEED this!
