Think the this Instructional Is a great resource for training Always go back to it for studyI picked up a lot of little details Thanks very much for this
Thank you BJJ Fanatics for releasing this for free. This helped me with my understanding on back controls which I had difficulties on the mats. Will watch it and see if there are improvements in my back control.
A lot of good information regarding options in attacking, maintaining and regaining the back mount.
Great product! Ante outdid himself, this is like an encyclopedia of back control and attacks.
Great instructional. A lot of details Very helpful and useful. Top
Great techniques ! Thank you!
Found this just scrolling through the Fanatics library. This instructional has a lot of details on how to improve your back control. Ante is an excellent instructor.
Very useful in developing control. Fundamentals shown but other techniques I was unfamiliar with.
Back attacking in the Gi
I will be using these techniques on Monday!
Excellent teacher. Amazing details.
very details
Highly recommended
If you want a huge amount of bang for your buck, buy all of his series (he has additional videos for the guard, side control, etc.). These videos are amazing because they present a complete system. I like the videos of Ante more than I like other systems as presented by world-famous fighters, teachers, etc. I HIGHLY recommend any of his videos. This one adds great value to an already amazing series, and if you want him to keep adding more, support him. This series alone represents months if not year(s) of material to study and practice.
my favorite part of this well explained series is how it's parceled into five distinct systems that internet with each other.
I struggle with maintaining the back long enough to submit so usual I just transition out after holding long enough for points. This addresses that right away. Get ready there’s A LOT of info here. It’s all good stuff and explained extremely well. I recommend not trying to watch it all at once. Bite pieces off and work on your sticking points. Also revisit Ante’s material because he is very detailed and there will be different things that stand out to you at different points of your journey. I have 5 of his instructionals and as I progress in skill I pull different things out from the same info. Don’t sleep on this one…get it.
Great instructional from one of my favorite instructors on BJJfantatics. Content is clear, concise and thorough. There are six chapters loaded with great material for you to either start your back taking journey or sharpen and expand your already established skills in that area. Either way, get this instructional. Professor Ante has some of the best instructionals!
Great instruction from a talented teacher. Prof Ante was able to present the material in a manner that practitioners of all levels can appreciate. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to your next projects!
I have the problem Professor Ante describes in the introduction. Back control is all or nothing for me. I either get the tap or, more likely, lose it all. This series provides an excellent framework for launching high percentage attacks in combination. Ante is a natural teacher who provides simple explanations and excellent physical cues. The instruction style is engaging and punctuated by Ante’s dry humor. Do yourself a favor and pick up this course. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
