I love the kind of side control that Roberto Godoi teaches, with no rush, a constant pressure and a total control of the opponent.

Professor R. G. provides a very congruent side control system which offers leg drag based retention and progression to 1. high side control with submission follow ups 2. Progression to north south and submission follow ups 3. knee on belly to a modified mount to submission and 4. submissions from top turtle icluding his signature choke and 5. clearly reaction based submissions from side control and turtle top. Highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of attending a live seminar by Master Godoi and the techniques and learned so much. This instructional video does not disappoint- a lot of new techniques that he has not shown before in seminars I attended. Look forward to a sequel - Master Godoi has a great sweep from turtle that I did not see in this one but hope he adds it in what I hope is Vol 2. Well worth the money.

I'm a fan of Grandmaster Roberto Godoi and I've been accompanying him for many years, his positions are very good with absolute control of the opponent followed by great submissions, really efficient jiu-jitsu, I recommend it to all BJJ lovers, BJJ Harvard. Ossss

Master Godoi is the one of a kind when you talk about jiu-jitsu great professor , when he teaches his moves and transitions you keep thinking why didn’t I think about this before really easy to learn and memorize ..I’m his fan since 1998 and really have no words to describe when you see him doing what he does best . I guess his titles and success history is something you want to consider.. I truly miss you master of the masters.
