Training And Nutrition As We Age
As a registered nurse, who is highly interested in physical fitness, I can confidently write that Susan Niebergall's instruction is clear, concise, and truly, quite excellent. Susan makes weight loss / control understandable, manageable, and alleviates much of the viewer's anxiety. I would certainly recommend this program to anyone, regardless of gender, aged 18 years old or greater, who is interested in general fitness, as a beginner (though the exercises are certainly relevant to intermediate-level persons interested in same), in addition to the target audience which appears to be middle-aged women.
