Wow! Excellent Course!
I just bought this course and watched it beginning to end my first day. And wow! The things I didn't know! This is such a fundamental concept and it makes jiu jitsu a whole lot easier.
Posture when attacking from in ftont
Professor Francesco Fonte shows what is and how to get the best posture to attack from stand up and inside the closed guard. He shows how how to pass with this posture. What keypositioning you need to control the scenario. Highly recommend!

Knowing and loving the way Francesco manages to use concepts rather than technique to teach Jiujitsu this might benefit every BJJ practitioner in the long run! Often times it Takes years for you to figure out the same ideas about posture, leverage, angles and so tought in this Dvd. So why not take a shortcut? But be aware, other then Step "1-2-3-4 -Teaching-Methods" this actually needs you to use your brain and work those concepts. It might feel like starting over as a whitebelt again but as time goes by and you implement those things into your game you will find it suddenly so easy and effortless to pass or dont be swept etc its ridicoulus. And as much as i like the content, i have to leave 1 Star open since, in my opinion, if you are very new to the way of learning concepts rather than technique it is not the very first Dvd you should watch since you might get frustrated and abandon the things shown.(Remember the first sentence i wrote!) And i wouldnt nescessarily mean that by belt but really just by learning BJJ that way. Since its nothing like the other traditional BJJ aproaches.
moving with structural integrity
Francesco Fonte offers a great easy to follow instructional about moving with structural integrity in closed guard top. The instructional is very conceptual which allows further exploration once the basic concept becomes embodied. I'm very much looking forward to experimenting with this superb material.

Brilliant. This instructional does not show 1000 flashy techniques that you'll forget or can't apply rolling. It shows concepts that were easy to implement into my Jiu-Jitsu. Immediately helped me ! Absolute recommendation!
