Excellent knowledge and drills to improve entering the clinch and controlling your opponent in the clinch. This is one of my purchases because the instruction is so simple and easy to practice yet beneficial to someone who likes getting takedowns from clinch rather than shooting for takedowns.

Great instructional that addresses the clinch game in an MMA context. This is great to have when most clinch instructionals are made for in Muay Thai context.
