Master Gigi is truly a master of the tiny details. Its these details that separate a coral belt from even a black belt. His attention to the micro movements is what gives him the title of master. Highly recommended. Especially, for players over 40. This is a great system for the masters athlete, in particular. Using leverage & angles even more to your advantage.

Exceptional Technique
Master Gigi is one of the most underrated teachers in jiu-jitsu. A founding member of Alliance, inventor of the X-guard, and all-around badass. This is a great opportunity to learn from one of the best. There is a great level of detail in this instructional on one of his signature positions.

Professor Paiva explains technique to give any top player an absolute fit. His technique allows to branch into other attacks and provide a base to be creative. The simple off balancing technique has been an effective tool during training. Worth every penny!

Professor Alexandre Paiva provided his bottom gameolan and signature movesvin depth. It is about the riverse de la riva and butterfly guard with links to inside ashi garami and x guard. He points out and shows the umoetance of kuzushi in terms to get the sweep and to avoid grips by constantly attacking. He also shows how to defend zones to disrupt your oppinent and put your game into play again. Also grip breaks are explained. The techniques are given in a logical follow up. Recommend!!
