  Great tutorial on controlling opponents. I have a great understanding on wristlocks and this tutorial helps me with positional transitions. Could be used/ incorporated in multiple martial artist styles.

  The title of this is a bit odd... I didn´t notice a claw in this. Having said that, if you want to control big guys (or anyone) this system is amazing. Steve has a tried and tested experience in wrestling, judo and mma. Highly recommended.

• Felt bad for bottom guy

  Know a guy that wrestled Mocco in HS. He got absolutely trashed by him, said his pressure on top was brutal. The guy in the video 100% hated that hour of instructional. Mocco's explanation of his series and concepts are clear and concise and totally usable for HS wrestling. His vids make me seem like I'm more knowledgeable than I am.

  Coach Steve Mocco created an instructional where he put out all extra details and instead points out all essential points and make it or break it details. This all is lead by when to put your weight/pressure to execute and score or set up. Thumbs up!!!
