• Knee bar for the W

  This is exactly what I hoped it would be, comprehensive system for a devastating knee bar game. I've been going down the knee bar rabbit hole as of late, have most of the popular knee bar instructionlas, Criag's, Bendys, if it's knee bar related I probably have it. Jarbems is as good as the others if not better, you can tell he's put a lot of time into developing this game. I highly recommend getting this, you will not get a lot of of this.
