Great Course
Love this course. I was immediately able to start implementing the techniques during my rolls. She breaks the course down and the movements into bite size chunks. Highly recommend if you're interested in learning lasso guard.
Building Out My Lasso Game
I'm not sure if I loved the organizational choices of this instructional, but it's a minor quibble. I could change my mind as time goes on. Regarding the things I liked: I'm always appreciative of BJJ from a woman's perspective. I feel as though this helps eliminate reliance on strength and focuses on efficiency. I found some wonderful details for the omoplata and balloon sweep. Overall, I'm a fan of this tutorial.

Very detailed explanation on a technical guard game! Really love the combination of lasso guard to footlocks and kneebars that she shows! She's a master of this position and shows a very fine tuned system of using it.

Excellent addition to my lasso collection. She shows some great techniques vs standing opponents. You can tell she uses these in competition. If you have Marcos T. videos these are a great compliment. Will take some reps to get good but all usable for unathletic old guy.
