Amazing Instructional
Great demonstration of high-level jiu-jitsu. I was able to use some of these techniques in a live roll right after watching it for the first time. The instructor knows how to break down the techniques into easy steps, making them very easy to grasp.

i brought its on a daily deal! what a hidden gem with lots of alternative details to the normal basic closed guard that is recycled over and over. Key point is the 10 point system i use it at comp training and its a absolute peice of gold

The Lethal Closed Guard
R. M. provides his game in a very precise and calm way. He explains techniques step by step and talks you through the techniques several times form different angles. At the end of each sequence he shows the techniques in moderat speed up to full speed pace. You will find a lot of sweeps and back takes! The submission attacks are focussing on arm locks and chokes by using the gi and forearm. In the overhook submission sequence there is also a triangle choke involved. There is a congruent follow up mount attack sequence too. Highly recommend!

I really recommend buying Rudson Matheus video of closed guard. He explains in great detail all his techniques and to the smallest detail to improve the closed guard.
