Gives a good game-plan
I was able to apply the insights from this instructional immediately, and now I feel like I have a solid game-plan from Kesa Getame
Great Product Dan!
Awesome series ohe of my favorite positions! Ive always used and loved kesa! Great info!
Steel trap
I saw an old Cesar Gracie tutorial using kesa and got a lot of mileage out of the Americana and armbar with the legs. This takes that simple trick and ramps it up to a system where all roads lead to pain!
AMAZING!!
A must have for anyone looking to “cook” their opponent and make them hand you submissions. If you don’t believe Kesa is real, then you haven’t experienced it applied correctly. I get more submissions from pressure using this methodology than any other position. Dan Hart breaks it all down right here. Simple but not easy. Buy it!
Exceptional content
Fantastic breakdown of the position with an easy to follow sequence of techniques. I enjoyed learning the details that make a difference in effectively applying pressure, maintaining the position, and pursuing further transitions and attacks.
Works for small gals too!!
Love this series. I can hit it on people my size and also larger people. Dan does a great job of explaining the position well to be able to have different body types utilize it.
Worth every minute!
Dan Hart’s Misery Machine has completely changed the way I look at this position. Before watching the instructional, I viewed it as more of a transitional control, but Dan completely shifted my perspective by showing how to systematically create offense and apply relentless pressure from every stage. Since implementing the concepts, my ability to attack from the position has increased dramatically, and I’ve even started getting pressure taps from scarf hold, something I never thought would become a reliable part of my game. The instruction is clear, practical, and easy to apply during live rolls. If you’re looking to turn this position into a true offensive system instead of just a place to hold your opponent, I can’t recommend Misery Machine highly enough.
100% Real and 100% Misery
Phenomenal instructional. Everything is concise and easy to follow. Not only is this a master class in scarf hold, but Dan also incorporates numerous other concepts that are universal in BJJ. The techniques shown are easy to drill and incorporate into your game. I’ve had the (mis)fortune of experiencing this position from Dan and his students. It is 100% real and 100% misery.
