legal ibjjf gi leg locks
It's a good purchase. To me, it complements Danaher's heel hook leg lock series well. Victor gets right to the point with his teaching, and shows a variety of leg locks.

Who better to learn from than the 2023 double gold champion especially since he won the open weight final with a beautiful kneebar! Victor covers many footlock set ups and goes over toeholds, estima locks and kneebars. There is material from guard and some top attacks as well.

this is very good for the gi-heavy gym I train at. Even hit some of the counters on my more leg-lock happy friends. Very Happy with this purchase.

Alot of these setups are outside the box and very effective to implement into your game right away. If you are an IBJJF competitor this is a must have.
