I have been using these types of sweeps in my game for about a year. I have been missing some of the details and I am excited to implement them on my training partners.

Some great tips here to help you slightly modify your closed approach to make it harder for your opponent to escape & to set up uncomplicated but powerful submissions & sweeps. Well worth your time if you’re finding yourself getting smashed &/or worn out trying to hold closed guard.
Short but decent
Some good stuff if you dont have the lasso sweeps, the entry to laso is a bit basic, but not bad presentation, the tornado sweep is nice. this is ok for a daily
