  Covers the Butterfly Guard .... since I’m a new in terms of experience in the Mat. This gives me a great peek on how to incorporate this moves in my rolls. I would recommend it to others as well

  Though Marcelinho hasn’t done an instructional in years, this is a nice peek into his butterfly guard - system. Language barrier isn’t bad either. Worth every penny!
