In Depth and Insightful
Ryan Hall has a talent for getting to the point without missing details. I learned so much about control in the Omoplata position that I was immediately able to use in sparring. Great stuff.

One of the most innovative and thorough assessments of the omoplata out there. This guy needs no introduction and his instructionals are world-class. Highly recommended.
omoplata the enemy into humiliation!
I originally bought this for two reasons. I wanted to learn to use my legs to attack better, and heard the omoplata was a good way, and two, Ryan Halls way of teaching and the pacing of his instructionals have been awesome (i got the modern guard one). That being said I was slightly disappointed to hear that he regards it as a weaker attack and didnt really go into fine detail for the attack. What was a pleasant surprise, was that after seeing how much control you can gain over your opponent, and that you can omoplata from all over, pretty much regardless of how they react, I was sold. I am excited to start applying in and demoralizing my enemies! (sorry training partners...) My opinion and expectations of what I was going to get changed, but my opinion of the caliper of Ryan Halls instructionals have only been solidified. Looking forward to more courses.
