Gordon's instructionals are the best in the game. The rolling footage is such a great touch and the content has made an instant impact on my game.

I love Gordon's teaching style. He explains in detail extremely useful BJJ concepts, and it is for every belt level. My escape game has improved a lot because of the instructional. Note: Gordon talks slow so I recommend playing the instructional at 1.5 speed.

I've been training for less than a year and after watching this I've become a lot more difficult for higher belts to pin me. Gordon does a phenomenal job explaining the techniques and what the movements are intended to accomplish. Incredibly worthwhile!

Just the first 5 minutes of this instructional will make a difference for the better in your grappling game, the way the details are explained along with the demonstrations is very easy to follow & you can tell it's applicable to a real live situation when you practice with a resisting opponent
