great techniques on takedowns, defense and submissions
I love all of Vlad's videos. His diverse background gives him the ability to share important concepts and principles that are often overlooked or missed.
great
Vlad Koulikouv is a great instructor, seamlessly mixing subtle humor with great details, options and concepts. I can EASILY reccomend any material he releases.
Professor Koulikov puts out excellent instructionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add to their training. The Russian Tie Takedown System for Grappling has a ton of fun (and useful) techniques.
Great system of takedowns! I’ve been effectively using them in bjj abs mma.
Great video! Easy to follow. Takedowns are structured from easy to advanced, so everyone can start to adapt and find takedown techniques. I feel like really everyone can ! Long I searched for videos of takedowns that don't put to much weight on my back (I have a back disc injury) here you use the momentum of your partner and you don't have to carry his/her weight. A lot of techniques are without carrying and without overcomplicated movements. I absolutely recommend it !
