  For me the best system and breakdown of the saddle position. Always had trouble to understand how to get into and how to avoid the position despite finishes. This instructional is an eye-opener for me!

  This instructional is broken down into fundamental parts. I found the lessons easy to follow. Considering the Prof. Amazon and Eddy are native Japanese speakers, the lessons are expertly delievered. The saddle position is explained in detail, along with various entries and escapes. The instructional even covers various drills and stretches to master the saddle.

• Concise and Comprehensive

  Good introduction to leg locks. Watching this allowed me to understand other lengthier instructional. Covered heel hook, ankle lock, calf slice, knee bar, toe hold, aoki lock and introduced entries from back step, kani basami, inversion entries, reverse x, elevation to exotic moves like imanari rolls and tornado sweep to saddle. Well thought out!
