Incredible stuff!
Strong and flexible
Good stuff. With a working routine you get stronger and more flexible with this course.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:So pleased with my purchase!
I started doing Ju Jitsu three years ago after a long career in fitness. I am so pleased I came across this course! I am a Blue Belt trying not to use too much strength when I train and focus on my technique, but it's been challenging since I am usually smaller than my training partners. After this course, I was able to adjust my workouts with the provided techniques, which has allowed me to apply my strength more effectively while training. Highly recommend!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Good Info
Gave me a lot to think about and apply. However needs to provide more details on structuring workouts, how often and when and a pdf with example workouts for various levels. Otherwise its very good.
Solid
Good routines. Helped with hand/wrist injury.
Evolved training!
As a former hs wrestler I recently got into bjj. While ive been hitting the weights a lot, i found i couldn’t translate that strength into power. I was also getting a lot of minor muscle strains. The Science of Combat conditioning has allowed me to evolve my knowledge and strength training to become stronger, more flexible while avoiding injury. Cant recommend enough!

Ive been training these core steps for about 1 week, and i’m already starting to see the shifts in strengthening my grappling game.I’m coming for that belt promo!
