really good stuff. I've good a lot to work on now for sure
Very complex and detailed. It is a great stuff If you want to know how to shoot and finish your single leg.
every fundamental detail for making the single effective in your game
great
Dan Vallimont has a very structured approach of teaching. Within every chapter he points out very clear what to achieve and what to avoid and how to readjust propperly. You get the mechanics, the setups and finishes explained on point! Escpecially his mindset/appraoch of always hunting for a lift up highly increased my rate of success Absolute recommendation!
With so many options, there is something here for every competitor or hobbyist.
Let me start by saying this: I don't have a wrestling background from school, but when I started Jiu-Jitsu I found out that we're lucky enough to have a phenomenal wrestling coach in the area who I started training with. Our coach is huge on the Russian tie and that's what originally drew me to Dan's videos, and I've gotten several more since (with plans to get the rest) because they're just awesome. He covers everything very articulately with great details, and he builds the information from the ground up, rather than just throwing moves randomly and then moving on to others. If you're learning to wrestle for grappling then I'd definitely recommend this, the Russian tie, the clearing ties, and the front headlock, at the very least. People will not know what happened, trust me.
I always was one that struggled with the takedown game. Everything from proper positioning to excuting the throw or takedown was an uphill battle. Luckily, with this amazing instructional on the single leg by mr. Dan vallimont, it has made the learning process much easier. Since purchasing the dvd ,two weeks ago, i have seen much improvement in myself performing takedowns.Even found success at executing his teachings in the gi traning. Anyway, if anyone needs assistance with improving their takedown skills, do yourself a favor and buy this instructional. I guarantee you wont regret it !
