  D. G. delivers a on point series about one leg up butterfly guard. He covers conventional sweeps as well as variations. He covers submissions mainly based on loop choke and variations an added on some armbars and wristloks during or as a given follow up of the sweeps. He further covers transitions and arm drag based follow up seeps around x-guard as well as taking the back from there. He gives a great idea of how this moves work in conjunction! His aproach on active grip fighting to create opportunies ist so valuable too! Highly recommend!

  I enjoyed this instructional. Having trained for about 3 years and never played butterfly guard, this active butterfly he teaches scored me a sweep my first day in training. I didnt realize this was a version of the butterfly guard so that was an added bonus. Great dvd to watch over and over again and implement in class.
