Great detailed instructional as someone who ends up in this guard a lot these are great details.
Good
Good videos but very short. Not a real approach to the situp guard but rather single techniques.
Great instructional
I’m a student of Daniel and he’s shown us this Sit Up Guard….I like it and now have this instructional to dive deeper into the Sit up Guard.
Having fun playing guard
Great instructional that allows less bendy people to have a great guard to attack sweep from.
The Sit Up Guard
Great open guard instructional. It is packed with high percentage attacks and sweeps and also offers nice insights into how to counter different opponent reactions, making it very practical.
The Sit Up Guard
Very good options on how opponent reacts. This is a good bases for planning eco-games.
Let's enter to butterfly sit up guard approach!
D. G. delivers a on point series about one leg up butterfly guard. He covers conventional sweeps as well as variations. He covers submissions mainly based on loop choke and variations an added on some armbars and wristloks during or as a given follow up of the sweeps. He further covers transitions and arm drag based follow up seeps around x-guard as well as taking the back from there. He gives a great idea of how this moves work in conjunction! His aproach on active grip fighting to create opportunies ist so valuable too! Highly recommend!

excellent addition to your loop choke game with several options for alternate finishes. Very well taught

I enjoyed this instructional. Having trained for about 3 years and never played butterfly guard, this active butterfly he teaches scored me a sweep my first day in training. I didnt realize this was a version of the butterfly guard so that was an added bonus. Great dvd to watch over and over again and implement in class.
