I live in a region that lacks professional judo schools. We either have clubs or places where judo is a side hustle for the main business. I have access to BJJ 6 days a week but only 2 days a week for judo. Instructional such as this one allows me to study at a rate not possible given my current economic situation. This video is clear and well articulated. It covers soda from a stiff arm position, as well as from more mobile positions. At $47 this is an excellent deal especially when you factor in the frequent discounts of this website. If I could recommend 10 Stars I would.
