Great video
Gordon talks about his early day’s training and how he train’s how, also he talks about training while injured and training for people at every level and lifestyle 👍
g
wicked stuff
Training and Strategy breakdown are well-structured and efficiently utilized on days that matter. Well-balanced approach.
I had always problems with confidence. Gordon helped me a lot. Its amazing listen to The King.
I learned so much from this video and was really impressed with how thorough and well organized the material was. This was the first G. Ryan video I purchased and I was floored by the depth of the info and how much he really puts into being the best.
Very informative and detailed
Haven’t finished it all the way through yet but all the information so far looks to be extremely crucial for anyone who wants to be the best athlete (or hobbyist) they can be. Thank you for creating this Gordon can’t wait to compete with you one day 😀 👍
Great advice. Now go put in the work.
Learning Gordon’s approach on this was extremely helpful
Great product. As always, Gordon goes in-depth on every topic and provides insight from his experience. A lot of guys can tell you the same things--****, they probably have--but having it all in one place is incredibly convenient.
The overall mentality is great for competitors and hobbiest. It gives great mental advice, but it’s up to you to apply the advice given.
Helped my mindset a ton all around
Awesome tips by the king of no gi. I read this all the time. Any training by Gordon is great!
Really interesting information and insight on how an elite level practitioner approaches training and competing. As a hobbyist I found it useful in helping me to understand how I can maximise and improve my training.
Good to see what makes the king tick. If you’ve been training a while and are competitive there’s nothing here that you don’t already know. I’d suggest buying one of the instructional’s instead.
I was hesitant to purchase this instructional, but with a daily deal and coupon code I spent $29. Here are my impressions. First, ALMOST ALL of the information in this instructional has actually already been explained by Danaher and Gordon across various podcasts, interviews, etc. If you're diligent, you can find most of this information for free on youtube. Second, if you have limited money and time, YOU WOULD PROBABLY BE BETTER OFF BUYING ONE OF HIS TECHNIQUE FOCUSED INSTRUCTIONALS. That being said, this instructional is a general guide to doing BJJ that I think will be very helpful for serious competitors. Gordon goes into detail on the nature and purpose of his specific training methodologies, approaches to competitions / unique rulesets, goal setting and general improvement, as well as his own experiences in getting to where he is now. There's really not any useless information here (that you might expect from a "mindset" instructional). You get roughly four hours of content, as well as a 20-page ebook that summarizes what he's saying. I would buy this on sale.
The mindset you need in life just not BJJ. You can apply this mindset in business, bjj, etc. I love it watch it numerous times and answered many questions I had.
There are a lot of different training approaches both physically and mentally. It was nice to hear how Gordon approaches his training regarding both aspects. He explains several important concepts that can be used by all competitors.
This was super interesting. I especially loved the segments on the ways he practices. Gordon Ryan is very wise for his age. I highly recommend.
As Always, Gordon has the best instructionals. As he stated on the Systematically attacking the guard he aims to be a second sensei to you.
not sure why this isnt more popular! it's amazing.
I feel like this is Gordon’s most useful instructional. I feel like the mental aspect of training is never talked about and seeing what the best in the sport does both mentally and physically in training, I feel, has more impact than his physical techniques. Plus this dvd is half the cost of all his others so it’s a steal.
Amazing, I recommend this to anybody looking to learn from the world's best King Ryan.
