  Professor D. A. did a great job in providing fundamental wrestling moves and highlighting the partly modified details for jiu jitsu. He does a solid break down of the chosen techniques with the proper amount of key concpets and details so that the focus can be keept at the crucial points. He lights out the do´s and don´ts to increase the success rate. Added by backtakes and submissions in the same manner. Highly recommend!!
