Great Teacher very practical to build a stand up game
Standup is one of those things that always feels under developed, and overwhelming but this video is very very helpful with a lot of specific and practical techniques , good examples and concepts that will help develop a stand up game to the take downs, Highly recommend this video and I hope to see more content from Bekzod!

I waited, and waited for someone to review this, because reviews usually are indicative of sales. I'm not sure how long ago I got this but upon re-watching, and now seeing many more takedown DVD's by many more wrestlers (if only the striking DVD's were so plentiful and diverse) this may be the best "bang for your buck". There's a lot packed into 4 parts, and his style is really good for his frame. I have a student with similar dimensions and it translates really well. Highly recommended, and it's not translated or subtitled as Bekzod speaks English clearly. This also doesn't go too far down the "Wrestling Pin" rabbit hole that most grapplers and MMA practitioners don't have as much use for.
